Built by an operator, not a software company.

AFreshPet is built and run by one operator. I'm launching a pet waste removal and dog walking operation in the Portland metro — Lake Oswego, West Linn, Beaverton, Bethany — and it runs on AFreshPet. Scheduling, routes, the client portal, the tech PWA, billing: all of it, on this software, every week.

Every feature ships to my own routes before it ships to yours. When something is awkward at six in the morning with a truck running late, I hit it too — probably last week.

The mission

To give pet waste removal operators the same operational tools the large field-service companies have, without the enterprise overkill or the dated look this category has settled for. The businesses that keep neighborhoods clean deserve software that holds up in front of premium clients.
